Join us for our free introductory class, where you will learn three simple body-based techniques that will immediately reduce your experience of stress.  Two are ancient yogic breathing practices, and the third is our own trademarked Simple Breath Meditation®, a meditation practice so easy and effective that it reliably quiets even the most active mind. Classes are 2-3 hours in length depending on the number of participants and are held in a variety of locations.
